Rough clean
After framing, drywall or major trades- Sweep out debris and dust
- Collect and bag trash (construction rubble hauling not included)
- Remove dust from ledges, sills and surfaces
- Leave a clean workspace for finish trades
Final clean
Before inspection, walkthrough or handover- High dusting: vents, fixtures, ledges
- Remove paint spots and stains from floors, walls and countertops
- Clean windows, frames, doors and glass
- Clean and disinfect kitchens and restrooms
- Baseboards, cabinets and floors (vacuum and mop)
Touch-up clean
Right before the owner or client walkthrough- Remove dust that resettled after the final clean
- Wipe fingerprints from glass, fixtures and surfaces
- Spot-clean floors and entryways
Punch-list clean
After punch-list repairs are complete- Clean up after last repairs and adjustments
- Remove new dust, debris and smudges
- Final check so the space is move-in ready

- Collect trash and wash trash cans (construction rubble not included)
- Final detailed walkthrough of every space, corner and surface
